Shipping policy

Scorched Bark aims to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days (Does not include weekends or bank Holiday) If you want your order dispatch sooner you MUST email us before placing any orders to ensure we can meet your request. 

We only post to UK addresses. We post your orders via First Class Royal Mail delivery, these are not tracked unless you opted for this during check out. 

If you enter an incorrect address we can not change this on your order. We can not deliver to an address that is not on your original order, your original order will need to be cancelled and a new order placed with the correct delivery details.  

We are not responsible for late delivery of your parcels, we will always post within our dispatch times and rely upon Royal Mail to ensure these are then delivered to you within their agreed time frame, we can not refund for late delivery. 

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be delivered, if you have not received your order after 10 working days please send us an email to investigate further - nikki.scorchedbark@gmail.com
